Terms of Service
In force from 23 October 2026.
§1. General provisions
- These terms set out the rules for using the website helobrand.pl (the “Website”). The Website is run by HELOBRAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (Helobrand Sp. z o.o.), registered office in Kraków, ul. Ujastek 1, 31‑752 Kraków, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001076794, tax ID (NIP) 6793286140, REGON 527245854, share capital PLN 5,000.00 (the “Service Provider”, “we”).
- To contact us: e-mail helobrand@helobrand.pl or post to the registered office.
- These are the terms referred to in Art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
- The terms are available free of charge on the Website, in a form you can download, save and print. The Polish version is binding; this English text is a translation.
§2. Definitions
- Website: the website at helobrand.pl, with its subpages.
- User (“you”): anyone who uses the Website.
- Electronic service: a service we provide by electronic means through the Website, as described in §3.
- Contact form: the form on the Website through which you can send us a message.
§3. Services provided by electronic means
- Through the Website we provide two services free of charge: making the Website's content available for browsing, and the Contact form. Neither requires an account.
- The contract for browsing the Website is concluded when you enter the Website and ends when you leave it.
- The contract for using the Contact form is concluded when you start filling it in and is performed when you send the message. You can drop it at any time by not sending the message.
- We reply by e-mail, to the address given in the form. Sending a message does not mean entering into a contract to work together; its terms are agreed individually.
- We do not sell anything through the Website. Links to the websites and shops of our brands (ZANA Cosmetics, Superblends, ZU_O Creative Agency and skrits) lead to separate services, where their own rules apply.
§4. Technical requirements
- To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser, e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
- To send the Contact form you also need JavaScript turned on and an e-mail address. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may ask you to confirm that you are not a bot.
§5. Rules of use
- You use the Website in line with the law, good practice and these terms.
- You may not send unlawful content through the Website, including content that infringes the personal or other rights of third parties, or unsolicited commercial information.
- You may not disrupt the Website, including by trying to get around its security or by sending the form automatically.
§6. Content protection
- The Website's content, including texts, photos, graphics, logos and layout, is protected by copyright and belongs to us or to those who have allowed us to use it.
- Without our consent you may not copy or distribute the Website's content for commercial purposes, or use the name and logo of Helobrand or of our brands in advertising. This does not limit permitted use under the law, e.g. quotation.
§7. Security and risks
- Using the internet carries typical risks, e.g. malware, interception of data by unauthorised persons and messages impersonating well-known companies (phishing). We recommend an up-to-date browser and antivirus software.
- The Website works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Messages from the Contact form are not stored on the Website's server.
- We reply from addresses in the helobrand.pl domain. We never ask for passwords or payment card details by e-mail. If you receive such a request in our name, do not reply to it and write to us at helobrand@helobrand.pl.
§8. Complaints
- Send complaints about how the Website or the electronic services work by e-mail to helobrand@helobrand.pl or by post to the registered office. Describe the problem and give an address for our reply.
- We reply without undue delay, within 14 days of receiving the complaint at the latest, to the e-mail address it was sent from or the address given in it.
§9. Personal data and cookies
- How we process personal data and use cookies is described in the Privacy Policy. You can change your cookie settings at any time in the Website footer.
§10. Final provisions
- We may change these terms for an important reason, e.g. a change in the law, in the services on the Website or in our providers. We publish the new version on the Website with the date from which it applies.
- Polish law applies to these terms and to contracts concluded through the Website. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the country where they have their habitual residence.
- Disputes are settled by the court that has jurisdiction under the general rules. A consumer may also ask a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) for help.
- If one provision is invalid, the others remain in force.
